Cuzzin 7785
Cuzzin 7785 is an artist from Mitchells Plain, Cape Town, with a sound that doesn’t come with instructions.
Built from the energy of the streets and shaped by a world of influences, his music moves between English and Afrikaans rap, gqom, dancehall and reggaeton — sometimes gritty, sometimes infectious, always unpredictable.
But there’s more beneath the surface.
Every record feels like another piece of a story still being written. Cape Town attitude collides with Caribbean rhythm, local slang meets global energy, and raw experiences become records made to hit hard, move bodies and stay in your head long after the song ends.
Press play and expect heavy bass, sharp flows, infectious rhythms and moments that make you want to turn the volume up instead of down. It’s music for late-night drives, packed rooms, summer streets and those moments when the only option is to move.
Cuzzin 7785 isn’t trying to sound like what’s already out there. He’s creating a lane you have to hear to understand.
Press play once. Feel the energy. Then see where the next track takes you.
