村越葵
Born in 2005. Born in Hokkaido, Japan. She was the first Japanese to perform at “Iguazú en Concierto 2016” in Argentina.In 2022, he won 3rd prize at [Sax World] sponsored [Super Saxophone Contest 2022 Alto Edition]. He also won the Berklee Award at SAPPORO CITY JAZZ [Youth Jam Session 2022], and has won various other awards and performed abroad.
Since 2024, She has been a member of Trilogic Production, Inc. and released her first album "BiCOLORE.
In September, he received a Presidential Scholarship to study at Berklee College of Music in the U.S., where he studied with Tony Malaby, Terri Lyne Carrington, and Marquis Hill. While studying abroad, he was selected by Terri Lyne Carrington to perform at the Panama Jazz Festival in Panama.
She will be making his triumphant return to Japan in May 2025, performing at 25 venues throughout Japan.
2005年生まれ。北海道出身。8歳でサックスを始め、10歳から15歳まで札幌ジュニアジャズスクールに所属。
2016年 アルゼンチンで行われた「Iguazú en Concierto 2016」に日本人として初めて出演する。2022年「Sax World」主催【超絶サックス・コンテスト2022アルト編】にて3位入賞。また、SAPPORO CITY JAZZ【ユースジャムセッション2022】にてバークリーアワードを受賞するなど、様々な受賞歴や海外での演奏経験を持つ。
ソロ活動に並行してインストバンド「snack time」で活動するなど、札幌市を中心にライブ活動を展開する。
2024年よりTrilogic Production,Inc.に所属しファーストアルバム「BiCOLORE.」をリリース。青柳誠、納浩一、則竹裕之を迎えたこのアルバムは大きな話題となり、初の全国ツアーも大好評となる。
9月からバークリー音楽大学のプレジデンシャル・スカラーシップを獲て留学のため渡米。Tony Malaby、Terri Lyne Carrington、Marquis Hillに師事。留学中Terri Lyne Carringtonに抜擢され、パナマで開催されたPanama Jazz Festivalに出演。
2025年5月より全国25カ所で日本凱旋ツアーを行う。
