Brazilian composer and multi-instrumentalist, Andrey Cechelero began in music by playing the guitar. At age of 15 he used to perform Beatles covers and original compositions. Then, he took singing and piano lessons, and aroused interest in classical and instrumental music. At home, by using an old upright piano, he was inspired to compose his first instrumental theme, which he named “Uma Pequena Chama” (A Little Flame). Since then this flame has remained increasingly vivid. In 1997, he produced his first instrumental album, "Immortality", in which he played all instruments, in addition to the arrangements and production. The next album - "Água" (1998) - sold about 100 thousand copies, providing visibility and recognition for his career, nationally and internationally. His music is simple and deep, always transmitting an aura of peace and tranquility to the listeners. Andrey believes in art whose purpose must be the elevation of the soul and thought, like a vehicle that transports us out of the narrow sphere of our daily lives.
