LucyV, hip-hop artist and songwriter, hails from the vibrant streets of metro Detroit.
From a very young age, her heart was set on a career in music, and destiny guided her towards the captivating world of hip-hop. At the age of 10 she sparked an unyielding passion for the genre. She started writing and performing shortly after and hasn't looked back since.
Over the course of her 17 year span in the industry, she has embraced her authenticity and evolved her style to what you hear in her music today. She had her first performance at age 16 at the Belle Isle music shell, to countless shows in Detroit, Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, and headlining at the Diesel Concert Lounge in New Baltimore, Michigan. Along with festivals including Big Fam Music & Arts Festival, Great Lakes Flow Retreat, Summers End Smokeout, and more.
Meeting her producer Stimpack roughly a decade ago, they have created a unique sound that is unmatched by any other. LucyV has recently begun working with other artists like Qlank and RN ISMO breaking into the Electronic scene further and showing her versatility outside of the norm.
