Slaey Lcetti
Born and raised in Kuwait, Muscat Street (Abraq Khaitan أبرق خيطان), "Shawn Desmond Travasso" also known as "Slaey Lcetti" (Le Ket-E) is a London based polyglot Latin - Arabic singer/songwriter. He and his brother Reckmond were inspired & taught music at a young age by their father "Aleixo Pedro Travasso", a vocalist who played several instruments (mainly the trumpet) for bands in his hometown. Reckmond, the sole producer creates every sound from scratch with his ability to play multiple instruments and understanding of music theory since a young age while Shawn is the vocal performer and writer you hear on the tracks.
The duo independently released over 150 singles in three years! spanning rap, hip-hop, pop, Afrobeat, EDM, reggaeton, dancehall, R&B, and landed on Westside Radio London 89.6FM, with their releases KILLA. and streets don't plead. gaining attention from industry giants Sean Paul, J Balvin, Kevin Lyttle, B Young, S1mba, and Devon Terrell.
In collaboration with Dani Guzman, they crafted a Latin urban hit "BASS.," sampling Egmoolah's "No escape". The winning chemistry with "Dani G" led to further spanish releases together which resonated incredibly with the fans.
Earlier during their career, artist Egmoolah worked in collaboration with their label 𝙄 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙫𝙞𝙗𝙚 ™, skilled in R&B and Afrobeat, he played a significant role in Lcetti's past hits like "Maybach".
The Arabic scene is now Shawn Travasso’s focus, a space that truly feels like home.
