Golda Zahra
A Los Angeles native hailed as, “the rising star of the opera world,” by the Los Angeles Times, award-winning soprano, Golda Zahra is known for an angelic voice marked by lush, golden tones, crystal clarity, and a vocal range with an exciting high-note extension. Showcasing the agility of a voice that dances between musical styles, Golda's artistry revels in the power and beauty of opera, the innate Americanness of Broadway and the youthful drive of pop.
A self-defined “stage animal,” whose own musical goal defies boundaries, Golda Zahra says simply, “I love it all." Her 2026 debut recording project “Free,” showcases a rare ease in floating between styles; from opera to Broadway or symphonically driven pop songs. The “Free” project is produced and recorded by internationally renowned conductor/composer Maestro Steven Mercurio (Bocelli/Pavarotti/Sting) and accompanied by the Czech National Symphony Orchestra.
Golda Zahra is in-demand appearing at famed venues, including Walt Disney Hall, Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, and Royce Hall. She recently fulfilled a lifelong dream by singing a dazzling rendition of the National Anthem for the Los Angeles Lakers at the Crypto.com Arena.
